I have been working in some form of IT for about 13 years or so.  Over the years I have worked for a dialup ISP, Small business computer parts RMA, Software and hardware sales, managing a large help desk, and to where I am now.  I am part of the Messaging team for a large university.  On a daily basis, we handle Active Directory, Exchange, Listserv, SharePoint, Office Communication Server, BlackBerry Enterprise Server, and everything else necessary to support them.  It is a very good job that has made me a bit of a Jack-of-all-trades as well as a Microsoft advocate.
